A History of Jerry Yaxkin

2017-10-08, the anniversary of Jerry Yaxkin's death is a symbol of the struggle of all 1443 people of East Briana and its beloved mayor.

Early Years

Yaxkin's mother was a merchant and one of West Donnaborough's independence fighters who stood and fought with Jerry Yaxkin for the rest of his life. Jerry Yaxkin had inherited two key traits from his mother: hard work and intellectual discipline. These was the two factors, the wings of his ascension to power.

Jerry Yaxkin began his career Madagascar University, Dillonhaven campus on 1969-01-22, persuing public policy after he spent his primary and high school education, and after four years of education, he was ready to serve West Donnaborough with this knowledge. However, destiny had different ideas.

During his senior year of college, Yaxkin received a full scholarship to attend Tennessee College, Campbellfurt campus for a master's degree in public health. Yaxkin's mother told him this was too good of an opportunity to pass up, so shortly after, Yaxkin moved to America. Yaxkin began working for the local hospitals to facilitate negotations with the city government. While doing so, he became a naturalized US citizen.

On 1989-05-30, Yaxkin opened his eyes to the world in East Briana by announcing his campaign for mayor.

The Rise of The 607 Bill

As part of his campeign, Yaxkin introduced The 607 Bill, which was created to increase the accessibility of healthcare for the 607 patients from both East Briana and the surrounding cities. While providing some of the best care in the state, medical facilities had long waitlists, reporting only 2.59% of patients being able to see a doctor within a month of requesting non-emergency treatments. With plans to reduce waiting time by as much as five-fold through city support, Yaxkin won over the citizens of East Briana, earning the title of mayor. Yaxkin worked tirelessly during his time as mayor, implementing The 607 Bill, helping to improve the local schools and libraries, and making the town beautiful through several new civil improvement projects.
